Utility Billing Payments (City Services)

In person utility payments:
- Payments may be dropped off inside during regular business hours or in drop box located in the City Hall parking lot - do not put cash in the drop box, please
- Payment types accepted: Cash, check, and credit or debit card
Payment due date
Bills are mailed on the last business day of each month. Payments are due by the 16th. Late fees are charged after the 16th.
Past due accounts
Payments on past due accounts with a shutoff notice should not be dropped off in the parking lot drop box.
Municipal Court Payments
If you do not wish to contest a parking or traffic ticket you have the following payment options.
Online court payments: Pay online by debit or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover)

In person court payments:
- Payments may be dropped off inside City Hall during regular business hours.
- Payments may be dropped off in the drop box after regular business hours.
- Payment types accepted: Cash, check, money order, and credit or debit card.
You will not be sent a bill or statement. It is your responsibility to submit payment to the Municipal Court on time. Failure to pay a traffic citation may result in the suspension of your driving privileges and/or additional fines or fees.
If you wish to set up a monthly payment plan there is a one-time fee that will be added to your balance due, please contact the court clerk to make arrangements.
Building & Planning Payments
In person building & planning payments:
- Planning payments: Cash or check only (debit and credit cards are not accepted)
- Building Permit Payments: Cash, check, or credit card (credit cards only accepted on payments less than $500.00)

Park Reservation & Special Event Payments
The following online payments are accepted through our parks payment portal:
- Parks and facility use payments
- Special event permit fees
- Alcohol and Broadcast permit fees
If you are unable to pay through the online portal, you may pay in person at Public Works, 1515 Willow Lane, during the following hours:
Monday 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
Tuesday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
Wednesday – Closed
Thursday 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
Friday 7:30 am – 12:30 pm
