The City of Philomath supports entrepreneurs and smalls businesses in a number of ways. The City is an active member and participant of Mid-Valley Partners (MVP), a consortium of small cities in Linn and Benton Counties dedicated to developing a region-wide entrepreneur ecosystem.
MVP has partnered with Oregon Rain, and Small Business Development Center housed at Linn-Benton Community College, Business Oregon and Oregon Rain.
