The City Manager’s Office serves as the administrative hub of the City of Philomath, working to implement the goals and policies set by the City Council. Operating under the Council-Manager form of government, the City Manager is appointed by the City Council and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all City departments, ensuring efficient delivery of public services, and managing the City’s annual budget and strategic initiatives.
The office works closely with City leadership, community partners, and residents to address emerging issues, promote transparency, and support the long-term vision for Philomath. Staff in the City Manager’s Office coordinate key functions such as human resources, risk management, communications, and public records.
